synonyms for INTEGRAL? & do U know- wild Horses have Litters? (reblog)

I can 0nly REstate -excellent comments – of Elyse!! (In part):
“It is the *policy of Congress* that wild free-roaming horses & burros shall be *~protected~* from capture, branding, harassment, or death;
& to accomplish this they are♥ to be considered in the area where presently found, as an integral♥ part of the natural system of the Public Lands.♦”
♦“integral”♦ =according to Merriam-Webster √means
“essential to completeness”
–»then how is it they are outnumbered at least 4 to 1 by cows & sheep? — not to mention the exponentially greater impacts the mining & extractive industries are having on our Public Lands & its waters???? *
other √synonyms for “INTEGRAL”:
*built-in, ♣constitutional, ♦constitutive, ♥essential, ♠hardwired, ♣immanent, ♦inborn, inbred, ♥indigenous, ingrain, ♠ingrained (also ♣engrained), ♦innate, ♥inherent, ♣intrinsic, ♥native, ♠natural !!
* With 10,000–12,000 WH&Bs removed per year, leaving livestock grazing almost ~untouched, I would say {& I*Agree!} current Congress & BLM need *English refreshers* — or some serious legal smacks on the wrist, which they’ve been getting by *Laura Leigh* of Wild Horse Education; IDA, DreamCatcher Wild Horse & Burro Sanctuary; The Cloud Foundation, American Wild Horse Preservation Campaign. I encourage people to continue to support these efforts.”
∞∞∞ —>AND *thank you* to “Hippies4horses” for [linking] this excellently researched exposé (as always) –
when she commented on My post, re: “a closer look at Indian Lakes w.h. Prison“!
… so, thanks Again ∞ {& i’d like to ReBlog this, too? If U don’t mind?}
√huge Hug –♥ for All U do!

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) continues at a breakneck pace to leave non-viable herds of wild horses on public lands and while it also considers cutting back on livestock grazing (watch out for drought management plans in your area).

Meanwhile, over and over again, extractive industries and new energy projects seem to go almost unchecked for use of massive amounts of water that adversely impact public lands and risk contamination of aquifers.

Just an aside on the letter below, Melani Mirati was the BLM’s COR (Contracting Officer’s Representative) at the 2012 Calico wild horse roundup and made the decision to allow the contractor (Sun J Livestock) to use a hot shot (electric prod) on a horse that had been stuck in a trailer and had just fallen on the ground.  (video link under SOURCES below).
